A Lead Partner is a single point of contact for the business to access all the resources in the Coalition. They work closely with the company to understand the job demands and culture of each business. Lead Partners may also provide training to supervisors and coworkers in “disability etiquette” and team building with the new employees. Lead Partners facilitate communication between the employer, the service providers and the job seekers. This will include sending out job announcements and descriptions to the members of the coalition in a timely fashion.
